campfire anthems

hello everyone.  i am looking for someone interested in a 17″ wide screen g4 imac.  its been a great computer for me but it is time to say goodbye.  its low on memory, but can easily be upgraded (they didn’t have gigantic gigs of memory when i originally purchased it) for little money.  its got an 80 gigabyte hard drive and is running macintosh os x, tiger edition, the one right before the newest operating system.  i’m also restoring all the factory settings, so it will basically be a refurbished, “like new”, computer.

also, emily is selling her hp pavilion media center computer.  its got a gig of ram and a 200 gb hard drive.  its running microsoft xp media edition, which is a little different than the regular xp software.  again, we will be restoring this machine to its original settings.  it also comes with a flat screen monitor, i’m not sure of the size.

if you are at all interested in either of these computers please let me know immediately.  if nobody comes forward with interest i will be listing them on ebay next saturday.  who knows, you may be the proud new owner of one of these computers very shortly.

…like a pirate.  yep.  just call me long john downy.  doing laundry on a saturday afternoon before dinner is not a good idea.  and as some of you know, from reading earlier posts, i hate laundry to begin with.  today made my loathing that much worse.  i did, however, get a bit of joy from my experiences today.  seeing as how i like confrontation, and there were only 2 dryers open, and myself and another person were going for it, this sort of made my day.  i won’t give you all the juicy details of the dryer incident, as i like to call it, but lets just say that my stuff is dry and in my house, while i bet their stuff is still in the works.  don’t cross me when it comes to laundry.  i’m fierce.
