first and foremost i apologize about not posting my weekly fat camp video yesterday. one of my very best friends came home from officer candidacy school, so his girlfriend and family threw him a welcome home party. its always really fun for me to go to things like this and catch up with a bunch of good friends that i don’t get to see very often. in fact, i spent the entire afternoon, and most of the evening with them. considering the circumstances, i hope you forgive me for my lack of video blogging. i hope to get it up tonight, so check back later.
