can you think up a good one for this gem? let’s see what you got!

two can play this game emily. alright people, let’s see what you got!

well test your knowledge. a co-worker of mine turned me onto a game that is pretty amazing. its fairly new, so go and register and start playing each other. its a one-on-one trivia/history style game, played almost like chess. you can set up to a 24 hour time limit between moves, which is pretty neat if you are playing someone in another state or even country. what you do is take your hand (beads) and play them on a board. the first person to play all their beads wins. sounds simple huh? well, you must link your bead off of your opponent’s bead, and give an example of why this is a good link. for example: player 1 plays an eggplant bead. player 2 plays a jalapeno bead and links the two by saying they are both vegetables that can be battered and fried. from here, player 1 can either accept this linkage or dispute it.
each bead has 3 clickable links to it: 1) to seach on lexicon, to find the orgin of the word 2) search on the web 3) search on wikipedia. once clicked, the link automatically opens in a new page, offering helpful details to the chosen bead. i think this is a pretty handy tool that can be utilized. i’m sure there are way more details to the game that i am leaving out, but i’m currently involved in a match. i think i’ll head over there now and see if my opponent has made his move. i hope it wasn’t a good one.
oh…i bet you want the link. ok, the game is called glass bead
i love this game. thought you might like to play it as well. just follow the link.
